Ayatullah Haj Shaykh

As a famous teacher and scholar in Qom, he is known for his piety and virtues. He is the author of the book entitled Jami`Madarik  al-`Urwatul Wuthqah on Fiqh

Biography 

He was born on the seventh of Muharram, 1340 A.H. (1921 A.D.) in the district of Ishtihard (a suburb of Qazwin).

At the age of 11 years he began learning literature from Haj Shaykh Yahya Taqawi, this lasted until he was 17 years old.

Then he migrated to Qom and entered the Hawzah there, where he finish the intermediate stage by attending the lectures of Ayatullah Sayyid Shihab al-Din Mar`ashi Najafi, Haj Shaykh Murtadha Ha'iri, Haj Sayyid Muhammad Reza Gulpaygani, Sayyid Sadiq Shari`atmadari Tabrizi, Shaykh Abdul Razzaq Qa'ini, Shaykh Muhammad Ali Kermani, Sayyid Ahmad Khansari, and Imam Khumayni. He studied the advanced stages of his studies in Fiqh with Ayatullah Sayyid Muhammad Reza Gulpaygani, Sayyid Muhammad Hujjat Kouhkamar'i Tabrizi, Haj Sayyid Muhammad Taqi Khansari, and Sayyid Sadr al-Din. He also learned a part of the advanced level courses under Imam Khumayni; but the major discussions of Usool and Fiqh he learned under Ayatullah Uzma Agha Husayn Boroujerdi. And after the later's demise he learned the rest of that part from Ayatullah Uzma Haj Shaykh Muhammad Ali Araki.

At present, he teaches the intermediate advanced stages in the Hawzah of Qom.
